Grade A pallets use higher-quality lumber with minimal repairs, no missing boards, and stronger structural integrity compared to Grade B or C recycled pallets. They're built for repeated handling, heavier loads, and applications like food, pharmaceutical, and chemical shipping where presentation and durability matter.

A 2-way pallet allows forklift access from only two sides due to solid stringers, while a 4-way pallet — through notched stringers or block construction — permits forklift or pallet jack entry from all four sides. This improves handling speed and flexibility in automated warehouses and cross-docking operations.

We supply ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets in all standard sizes including GMA 48x40, 48x48, 44x44, 42x42, 48x42, 36x36, and Euro dimensions, plus custom-built sizes for specialized loads such as IBC totes, drums, and telecom equipment cabinets.

Check the pallet's stamp for four required elements: the IPPC two-leaf logo, the ISO country code, a unique treatment provider ID number, and the treatment-method code (HT for heat treatment). All four elements must be present and legible for customs acceptance.

Non-compliant wood packaging can be rejected at the port of entry, returned to the exporter at their expense, fumigated on-site, or destroyed. This causes shipment delays and unexpected costs, which is why verified ISPM-15 stamping through a USDA APHIS-recognized provider is essential before export.
